• All artwork, size, color, mounting base, finishing, collect date and quantity must be checked before checkout.
• Production will proceed according to the confirmed order details after payment or order confirmation.
• Neon color, brightness and printed finishing may have slight differences from screen preview.
• Collect date is based on working days and may change if artwork, payment, material or production approval is delayed.
• Sunday and public holidays are not counted as working days.
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started.
• If there are delays due to factors beyond our control, we will update you accordingly.
